Our Therapists and Staff
At Dandelion Family Counseling we strive to be your sensory solution to therapy.
In our offices and waiting rooms kids come first. You will find kids laying on the floor, wobble seats, weighted lap pads, fidgets and other tools to fit every sensory need. Waiting is hard. Our office encourages your child to let loose because we are not a doctors office, and we get how hard it is to wait.
At times, part of your session may be in the waiting room, or the hallway; because our goal is to help you feel confident in every aspect relating to your child’s behavior. We will help you more effectively support your child through the meltdowns, the climbing, and the nervous energy. Whether your child is a bundle of energy, or glued to your leg- we will be there every step of the way, to help you to a better transition.
In the office- your child can take their shoes off, jump, run and literally bounce off the walls. Our offices are filled with toys. From basketball, to full size doll houses- our offices are designed to your child’s personality and need. We are constantly adapting our offices to be better equipped to provide the highest quality services with kids in mind.
