School is the perfect opportunity to provide your son or daughter with necessary modifications and accommodations to prepare them for their future. Having an IEP or 504 plan for your child can help optimize their academic performance within the classroom and for some their overall school experience. You may not be aware of all of the laws and rights included in the IEP/504 plan process or how a school may be limiting your child’s rights.
