I am passionate about helping children, preteens, and teens navigate anxiety, anger, self-esteem struggles, social challenges, family transitions, and the unique experiences that can come with ADHD and Autism.

  • I teach parents many of the same skills and techniques we use in therapy so they can become a therapeutic resource for their child between sessions.
