Hi, I'm Niya and I can be your child's therapist in Charlotte, North Carolina.

You want to better understand your child’s behavior, emotional needs, and unique way of experiencing the world.

I create a safe and supportive environment where children feel empowered to work through the challenges they are facing and build confidence in themselves.
I help children learn how to identify and express their thoughts and feelings, regulate emotions, and better understand the people around them.
I utilize practical, solution-focused strategies that help children develop skills they can use both in therapy and in their daily lives.
I partner with families to support children through difficult seasons, navigate ADHD or Autism in everyday life, and strengthen family relationships along the way.
I teach parents many of the same skills and techniques we use in therapy so they can become a therapeutic resource for their child between sessions.
I help families strengthen communication, navigate conflict more effectively, create supportive accommodations, and build stronger relationships along the way.
