  • You are diagnosed ADHD and/anxiety (or suspecting you are ADHD) and are wanting to learn more, be compassionate towards yourself, and find solutions that actually work for your neurodivergent brain
  • You are needing support in work life balance and realize that ADHD makes it hard to juggle the next steps in life.
  • Relationships for ADHD adults are hard. You want to learn how to improve communication and relationship skills before you think about marriage. You are an ADHD adult working through all of the challenging family dynamics that are made so much harder because you are also ADHD.

  • You are seeking coping strategies for all aspects of life but recognize that following through is the hardest part.
  • You need someone that almost acts like an executive function coach, because let’s be honest, To Do lists are hard, and accountability partners can make a significant difference.
