Club Chill: A girls group for ages 11-13

A safe space for girls with ADHD and Autism to hang out and make friends

Girls with ADHD and Autism have enough on their plate. Learning about social skills should be natural, fun and something they feel is worth doing. That is why we have designed Club Chill. A space for girls ages 11-13 to build friendships while hanging out. Sometimes we sit on the couch, sometimes we do art, and other times we have a semi-competitive game of Air Hockey. It is whatever the girls want to do- as long as the girls build friendships, they will keep wanting to come back. And that- is when we can help them gain confidence and build social skills.

➤ Club Chill: a girls group for ages 11-13 will help your pre-teen daughter…

  • Gain confidence
  • Talk about their feelings when they are ready
  • Learn the difference between the right time and the wrong time to bring something up
  • Be more mindful of personal space and boundaries
  • Learn how to express themselves effectively
  • Gain friendship skills that last a lifetime
  • Develop self-reflection skills

➤ Club Chill: a girls group for ages 11-13 will help parents...

  • Worry less about friend choices
  • Feel more confident about middle school social challenges
  • Know the next steps for social and emotional skills

➤ Our Club Chill is the most effective way to take your pre-teen daughter from feeling awkward and isolated, to gaining a friend group that truly gets what it is like to have ADHD or Autism.

Here’s why…

  • We use therapist-led collaborative playing skills to teach better social and emotional skills.
  • We teach building friendships through playing and interacting, while naturally teaching skills like not interrupting, staying on task, and being effectively assertive.
  • We know that kids don’t learn from worksheets. We use unstructured activities to give girls a chance to learn naturally.
